Prerequisites:  Phys 350 (classy mech), Math 342B (methods in applied math), and {Phys 354 (modern phys) OR Chem 410A (physical chem)}.

I will be in my office for one hour after class dedicated to Physics 410 questions. For other times send me an email to see if I'm in (esp. Tuesdays / Thursdays). If you have a question that just can't wait, and you've walked your dog around the block, discussed the problem more with a friend (or the dog) over a coffee, and you still can't work it out, i'll be happy to see you.
