News: Ph.D. student Rodrigo Negreiros wins 2nd Place at Annual CSU Research Symposium.

Award – Ph.D. in Computational Science student Rodrigo P. Negreiros (advisor: Prof. Weber) won second place at the 23rd Annual CSU Student Research Symposium held May 1st and 2nd, 2009, at CSU, Los Angeles with his talk on “The Puzzling Thermal Behavior of Soft Gamma-Ray Repeaters and Anomalous X-Ray Pulsars.”
